I have a Duke 2 with start issues. New starter, battery and relay. The starter spins ok but suddenly stops like it's hitting a wall. I am thinking maybe the automatic decomp. is defect? 
Also the battery voltage drops down to 2,5 volts and it is brand new and fully charged.
